Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or indicated during the purchasing process.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal is broken after delivery.
• The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except for subscription contracts).
